Oct 09, 2007 · Ok two days before, I made a paypal account and gave them the bank info they needed. they say to wait 3-5 days for them to make two small deposits. then two days later, my acocunt is suddenly frozen and I have no idea why. In this email I got, it quotes: "PayPal as a regulated financial services company is required under law to assess its customers against certain lists of individuals and As a seller PayPal has frozen my Paypal debit card and account because a buyer requested refund and to return a 1716 violin he say was made in 1850 after he said he was having financial problems and then told me to ship it. So yes Paypal or ebay can and do disrupt your finances and effect your credit rating.

It is important to screenshot or print out your transaction history if you will need it at a later date. To delete your PayPal account you will need to be using a laptop or computer.

But when I opened my business PayPal account and started selling ar festivals, PayPal froze about $175 in my account for a couple of weeks until everything cleared, I guess.
